Role Description: <ul><li>The Country Head is the most senior commercial executive and face of our petroleum business in Country.</li><li>This role serves as the primary growth driver and central leadership authority for business operations within the market.</li><li>This role is laser-focused on aggressively expanding market share, revenue, and profitability while providing inspirational leadership and strategic direction to all country-based teams.</li><li>The Country Head has direct line management responsibility for the sales organization and exercises influential leadership over all other functions to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies and achievement of growth ambitions as articulated in Destination 2030 Strategy.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Growth Leadership and Market Expansion <ul><li>Develop and execute robust growth strategies to grow the Company’s market share and drive revenue growth.</li><li>Lead market penetration initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, customer segments, and geographic expansion possibilities.</li><li>Set the Country’s growth targets for the team, drive relentless execution and high team performance in country.</li><li>Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.</li><li>Champion innovative go-to-market strategies, pricing optimization, and value proposition development.</li><li>Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, focusing on high-value accounts and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Lead major deal negotiations and strategic customer relationships that positively impact business growth.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, government forums, and key customer and regulator engagements to enhance market position.</li><li>Develop comprehensive country business plans that align with Energy BU strategies.</li><li>Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisition opportunities.</li><li>Drive business development initiatives including new market entry strategies.</li><li>Conduct regular business reviews and adjust strategies based on market dynamics and performance.</li><li>Manage key stakeholder relationships including government officials, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.</li></ul> Sales Organization Leadership <ul><li>Directly manage and inspire the sales team to achieve exceptional performance and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent while building a high-performance sales culture.</li><li>Establish sales strategies, territory management, and account planning frameworks.</li><li>Implement sales processes, performance metrics, and incentive structures that drive results.</li><li>Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to sales team members to maximize their potential.</li><li>Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance review processes.</li><li>Drive sales team accountability through regular performance monitoring and corrective action when needed.</li></ul> Performance Management and Results Delivery <ul><li>Take full accountability for country P&amp;L performance at gross margin level.</li><li>Partner with functional leaders to jointly set KPIS for all functions in country.</li><li>Ensure closure of receivables in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.</li><li>Implement risk management strategies and contingency planning for business continuity.</li><li>Report regularly to Petroleum leadership team on performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.</li></ul> Stakeholder Management &amp; External Relations <ul><li>Build and maintain strategic relationships with key government officials, regulatory authorities, and industry leaders.</li><li>Represent the companys interests in industry associations, chambers of commerce, and policy forums.</li><li>Ensure positive brand reputation and stakeholder confidence in the market.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Engineering, or business related field.</li><li>Masters degree (MBA) is a plus.</li><li>Industry-specific certifications or executive education programs advantageous.</li><li>Minimum 10-12 years of progressive leadership experience in petroleum, oil &amp; gas, or related energy industries.</li><li>At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership role.</li><li>Proven track record of driving significant business growth and market share expansion.</li><li>Experience managing sales organizations and achieving ambitious revenue targets.</li><li>Experience working in emerging markets or similar economic environments.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Act as a single-point-of-contact for topics and issues related to supplier quality within the Heredia, Costa Rica facility.</li><li>Lead supplier-related activities to ensure incoming quality is proactively planned, prepared, and ensured in advance before production part is approved and released.</li><li>Continually improve supplier performance through coaching, training, consequence enforcement, supplier awards and motivation, supplier restriction and disqualification, etc.</li><li>Measure and communicate supplier performance to those suppliers and the organization.</li><li>Evaluate, qualify, approve appropriate new, competitive suppliers (including search for new suppliers), in collaboration with the procurement teams.</li><li>Review and approve/reject/amend supplier Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions for new product releases and qualifying changes to existing components.</li><li>Monitor quality data within the operating systems to ensure data accuracy and develop reporting systems to accurately document and record supplier trends and performance.</li><li>Periodically monitor quality specifications to ensure supplier compliance.</li><li>Work with engineering to clarify and change specifications regarding incoming goods when necessary.</li><li>Clearly communicate (and enforce) company requirements and expectations to suppliers.</li><li>Solicit, drive, monitor, review, approve, and validate containment/corrective/preventive actions by suppliers.</li><li>Facilitate supplier quality roadmaps leading to improved supplier performance.</li><li>Conduct process and system audits of suppliers and maintain working knowledge of ISO and TS quality system requirements.</li><li>Serve as Supplier Quality Lead / SME during internal audits and 3rd party inspections/audits (FDA, BSI).</li><li>Chair QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with key suppliers.</li><li>Validate manufacturing and supplier processes, including activities associated with equipment installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), and performance qualification (PQ).</li><li>Interact with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier-related quality issues.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications &amp; Background: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other engineering discipline plus 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Working knowledge and understanding of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 21 CFR 820 and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) – ISO 13485 and ISO 14971.</li><li>Bilingual (English / Spanish).</li><li>Experience in a Supplier Management role.</li><li>Experience conducting quality audits in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for compiling and analyzing data.</li><li>Knowledge of DOE, SPC, Gage R&amp;R, and sampling plans.</li><li>Effective time management skills, applied to fast-moving and high-pressure environments.</li><li>Ability to work independently with little or no supervision, as well as in teams.</li><li>Willingness to travel (approximately 10%) to visit suppliers.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Project Timeline: <ul><li>Identify and align projects goals and scope with PJM and PM, and breakdown tasks of tooling/process developments and qualification</li><li>Make/align tooling development and qualification timeline, assign tasks to Ops team include tooling development, materials purchase</li><li>Track and manage core team to execute project progress based on committed project schedule</li></ul> Project Cost: <ul><li>Lead Ops to simulate sample cost and production cost to achieve project landing zone target, lead Ops to optimize launch cost to the best</li><li>Budget and control scrap cost though leverage design and manufacturing process to meet project target during NPI phase</li></ul> Project Execution: <ul><li>Guide capacity planning, materials sourcing and manpower to support all builds in the plant.</li><li>Oversee the progression of tooling/process development, identify bottleneck and issues, organize Ops team to improve those bottleneck and issues.</li><li>Oversee risks assessment in project execution, stay interlock with PJM to make multination plan and conduct the planned activities in Ops.</li><li>Finalize the Safe Launch plan for the appropriate mix of product, tool capability and demand with the approval of the PjM, Quality, MDPE, and PjE. a. Lead Safe Launch team meetings to ensure successful HVM startup and manufacturing process qualification for attainment of required metrics for successful G5 handoff.</li><li>Align the budget with the Ops team with the tooling list provided by MPDE-A, control total capital spending against CER.</li><li>Lead and coordinate line setup to conduct LVM sample builds and coordinate HVM tool builds.</li><li>Lead Ops to make ramp up plan, include materials, operations and tool capacity ramp up, ensure manufacture team take over production control smoothly after G5.</li></ul> Product Sustaining: <ul><li>Product migration, as a receiving or sending leader to execute product move in or move out, including project timeline, investment, cost control, machine/material/manpower preparation, safety stock, safe launch, etc.</li><li>Lead product capacity analysis and expand it through re-investment per estimation.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, engineering background is better</li><li>PMP certification preferred</li><li>At least 5 years related working experience in project management, 1~2 years’ experience in connector/cable/cable assembly is better</li><li>Fluent oral and written/reading in English</li><li>Experience in IT Project Manager, Data Center Business or digital networking project is an advantage.</li></ul>
