Overview: <ul><li>The Therapeutic Area Manager (TAM) is integral to successfully delivering this vision, working closely with healthcare providers.&nbsp;</li><li>The TAM deeply understands the specific needs of healthcare practitioners in their therapeutic area to identify and address their clinical and business goals and challenges in support of improved patient outcomes, lower costs and improved quality of care.&nbsp;</li><li>The TAM is empowered to own the business for their TA within the ecosystem and to optimize as appropriate; focused on improving the customer and patient experience across the care continuum.</li><li>They will leverage other ecosystem and organization experts to provide customers with the information they need about products to make decisions that support enhanced patient outcomes, and to influence the ecosystem business strategy. Performance Management</li><li>Review downtime reporting of mechanical system failures at sites in the region</li><li>Review internal and external maintenance costs and look for cost reduction opportunities</li><li>Review open actions for sites and track them to closure</li><li>Report implementation status of initiatives resulting from alerts, technical bulletins, Lessons from</li><li>Reliability events and directives</li><li>Modifications:</li><li>Review and/or approve all major modifications and configuration changes to the mechanical&nbsp;systems.</li><li>ensure update of the related plant documents in document management system after modification</li><li>Lead region implementation of initiatives resulting from alerts, Lessons From Reliability Events and directives</li><li>For regionally driven projects work with project management function to provide expert input to scope definition, costing &amp; written communication skills in English language to explain and document reasoning for decisions</li><li>Experience in operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and design of rotary and static equipment and systems.</li><li>Experience with mechanical isolation and re-commissioning.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant mechanical equipment and systems.</li><li>Good background in mechanical safety with knowledge of hazards involved in operation and maintenance of rotary and static pressure and vacuum systems.</li><li>In depth-knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance techniques including the use of EAM / SAP PM to manage these processes.</li><li>Familiarity with relevant national and international codes and standards.</li><li>Basic Knowledge of ASU / HYCO / CO2 plants including the associated hazards</li><li>Familiarity with Process &amp; Instrumentation (P&amp;I), logics and control loop diagrams with knowledge of control systems.</li><li>Experience in root cause failure analysis</li><li>Capability to do risk assessments and make calculated risk decisions</li><li>Experience in designing and building mechanical systems would be an advantage.</li><li>Experience of using Computerized Maintenance Management System</li><li>Bachelors / Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or related subject.</li><li>12 - 15 years of experience in maintenance function of Air Separation / Fertilizer / Chemical / process plants</li></ul>
