Making data driven decisions about the product functionality and areas for improvement.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience&nbsp;</li><li>5+ years of relevant work experience in electrical design, RF design, or PCB design&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient with signal integrity analysis tools (Agilent ADS, Ansys HFSS, CST, or equivalent tools)&nbsp;</li><li>A solid understanding of electromagnetic theory and electrical circuit behavior&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical capabilities to interpret simulation and lab data to identify issues and provide solutions to fix identified problem.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with printed circuit board design, fabrication and assembly.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent in English (both verbal and written) to facilitate global communication both internally and with external customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in a global environment – able to accommodate varying time zones and capable of collaborating with individuals across geographies.&nbsp;</li><li>Individual must be highly motivated, a quick learner, and able to work independently&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Connector research and development.</li><li>Technical communication with customers and frontend team to confirm/understand their applications and technical requirements.</li><li>Translate requirements into engineering specification and provide solutions with new product designs on time.</li><li>Responsible for design concept making, mechanical analysis, building 3D models and 2D drawings, GD&amp;T, part list/BOM, DFMEA, product specifications, application specifications, etc.</li><li>Lead the design review for compliance with engineering principles, product standards, customer contract requirements.</li><li>Lead design review with cross functional teams to confirm the manufacturing feasibility and product quality.</li><li>Leads EV/DV/PV tests to validate product designs.</li><li>Responsible for FAI review, co-working with project team and providing on-site support at manufacturing site for product ramp-up on time</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree majored in mechanical engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, physics, etc.</li><li>More than 8 years mechanical design experience, connector-related is preferred, independently new product development is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of connector fundamentals, capable of connector component design, preferred that knowledge of high-speed connector applications.</li><li>Familiar with GD&amp;T, tolerance analysis, mechanics of plastic/metal materials and basic knowledge in injection molding, stamping and assembly.</li><li>Skilled in at least one 3D Software: Creo, Pro/E, Catia, UG or SolidWorks. Skilled of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT.</li><li>In-depth knowledge and experience of CAE for mechanical/structural simulations.</li><li>Proficient in writing and reading English. Chinese language skill is a plus.</li><li>Good communication skills, high teamwork spirit and teamwork experience, ability to work with multicultural engineering teams and cross functional environments.</li><li>Effective problem-solving skills, to be innovative, willingness/ability to deal with multiple products and assigned tasks</li></ul>
