Responsibilities:Perform EHS and Social audits for various projects. The projects are in mainland China and mainly focus on South China region;Optimize supplier sustainability management system and provide sustainability training;Conduct supplier sustainability audits and follow up correction guidance;Utilize risk-based pre-assessment and post assessment method to provide thorough assessments and recommendations;Actively communicate with project manager and project team to ensure the alignment and implementation of client’s requirement;Partner with other senior members to provide EHS training to clients and internal teams; andOther tasks which allocated by managerRequirements:2-10 years’ experience in a similar role working with EHS / CSR / supply chain audit program / risk solutions implementing medium to large sized projects.Bachelor or master’s degree in environmental, chemical, or related engineering majors;Hands on experience managing, implementing, or supporting short or long term project;Knowledge of China EHS and Labor regulation and enforcement;Superior communication skills and working individually and as a group;Ability to travel up to 50% to perform field audits on average (travel requirements may fluctuate based on seasonal and project requirements);Excellent English verbal and writing skills;Computer skills including MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Responsibilities:Ability to work at pace as a Subject matter expert in complex and multi-stakeholder environment with strong influencing and interpersonal skills.Possess a strong knowledge of industrial standards and codes including SOLAS, MARPOL, API, and IOGP.Ability with proven experience to investigate industrial incidents to identify root causes utilizing a recognized RCA methodology (preferably Taproot) and developing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.Ability with proven experience to lead or facilitate Operational HSE risk assessments (i.e. SIMOP studies) utilizing recognized techniques such as HAZOP, Bow-tie, QRA etc.Provide experience of developing and auditing Safety and environmental management systems. Preferably certified lead auditor of ISO 45001 and 14001. Must have experience of bridging multi-stakeholder HSE management systems.Proven experience of developing and implementing emergency management system for highly hazardous multi-site operations (including offshore facilities).Requirements:BS degree in engineering, safety engineering, industrial hygiene, or environmental science, or in a related field is preferred.10 years of related safety/operational experience and/or training in the oil/gas industry (preferably 3 years offshore).knowledge or training in the following: occupational health, safety and environmental compliance with applicable industry, governmental and/or international standards.Must have demonstrated knowledge of delivering hands on health, safety and environmental training. Must also have ability to assist with developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive health and safety programs.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (training/presentations/report writing).Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Responsibilities:Establish the objective and scope of the audit engagement.Identify key risks and controls within the business and operational processes under review.Develop comprehensive risk-based audit programs.Responsible for the audit team and will be overseeing assistant auditors.Discuss concerns and issues with the audit client, draft field memorandums, and update client and Internal Auditing Management on progress of the audit.Execute risk-based audit procedures in alignment with company policies and international standards.Prepare audit reports.Deliver presentations to client management at the audit opening and closing meetings.Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to less experienced staff.Evaluate the performance and capabilities of the assisting staff auditors.Provide assurance and consulting activities on internal controls as requested.Requirements:As a successful candidate, you will hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, or another related field; an advanced degree is a plus.You will have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in auditing, engineering, or plant operations within the oil and gas industry or from one of the Big Four (4) Auditing firms.You should hold at least one (1) professional certification, such as the Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, or a similar professional credentials.You must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.You should be flexible to travel within the Kingdom and/or outside the Kingdom to conduct audit and consulting engagements.
