Manager (OMS Platform & E-Commerce)

Role:

• This position will be responsible for all aspects E-Commerce Projects & Operations run. 
• Company has implemented an Order Management Platform / Systems (OMS) to facilitate E-Commerce business with Market Places, and self-hosted eBoutique’s.
• The role requires the individual to work closely with various teams across the organization, also external key stakeholders. (Internal IT teams, supply chain operations, key business users, OMS partner, marketplaces, store operations, CRM, and digital teams)

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the OMS platform and all systems integrated around it to help effective E-Commerce (D2C Channel – Direct to Consumer)
• Lead and drive projects and new business initiatives. 
• Work closely with OMS partner (project managers, delivery teams & support teams).
• Liaise with business stakeholders, key users, OMS partner, other IT functions, for BRD build & functional specifications for new business scenarios and conceptualization.
• Drive systems integrations, mapping data elements, defining system logic, SIT, UAT and delivery of the product in close working engagement with peers and other stake holders.
• Support Integrations across platforms: OMS, SAP, master data tools, marketplaces and other integration platforms and relevant systems, partners.
• Be involved in security assessment and work closely with Cyber Security team to help analyze and deploy the right solution in compliance as per group compliance.
• Follow governance and data protection standards, guidelines set and formalized by the group.
• Understand & support, systems & data flows: Be part of business requirement analysis with the team, help with design, documentation, to ensure proper functional specifications.
• Management of regulatory & compliance requirements: new developments, change management, disaster recovery plan & compliance.
• Ensure security and IT governance of the platform. 
• Work closely with security teams and ensure compliance as per group standards. 
• Ensure implementation and enforcement of information security compliance to be aligned with OMS systems.
• Risk mitigation and control: Identification of technology risks, business process risk, operational risk. 
• Propose communication and development of “best practice” solutions, and implementation of mitigating controls in consistency with company strategy.
• Marketplace Support: Follow guidelines and SLA’s set with the marketplaces. 
• Mange protocol to get optimum support from the marketplaces. 
• Use relevant escalation matrix as and when necessary.
• Documentation: Ensure proper documentation. 
• SOP and process compliance.
• Help build effective KT and training document.
• Stake Holder Management: Interact and work closely with business management, key stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Act as the IT leader to liaise & lead communications with internal and external auditors. 
• Based on findings help implement the relevant recommendations.
• Ensure an effective balance between real-world risks and the business need for speed, agility, flexibility, and performance.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Applications, from and accredited college, university is required. 
• Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• IT certifications: Project Management, SCRUM Master, AGILE, any will be an added advantage.
• Total experience between 07-12 years. Min. 
• 4-6 years of experience working in any of E-commerce environment, Order Management System, E-commerce marketplace.
• Preference: Preferably worked in a multi-national company, E-Commerce organization, consulting firm
• Good understanding & working knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) process, E-Commerce Operations. Deals, bundling, promotions, etc.. understanding of marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, E-bay, etc.)
• Experience with system debugging, SQL language, HTML, JavaScript, API integration, is necessary.
• Certification in any will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding Enterprise Architecture, experience in modeling and graphic representation, providing systems processes guidance.
• Ability to design and build system workflows, in compliance as per Design Authority.
• Good Proficiency in Excel and using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, VISIO, TEAMS).
• Knowledge and understanding of Security Parameters and Data Protection.
• Working knowledge of stocks management, stock replenishment, sales orders, sales posting, sales and finance reconciliation is necessary.
