Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary analytics and insights advisor to the National Supply & Care Delivery Leadership Team and guide and influence leadership to make data-driven decisions, strategies and tactics
- Shape the approach of National Supply & Care Delivery Leaders to achieve business results by considering national and local market dynamics and pulling through portfolio priorities while balancing all Squads’ objectives
- Proactively perform business analytics and analyses, derive key insights, make and present recommendations. Example analyses include: Field force customer alignment and targeting, Opportunity analysis, Account analysis and planning, National Health Systems/GPOs/Specialty Pharmacy and other organized customers pull through, Business review and variance analysis to goals, Portfolio pull through and national market optimization
- Collaborate with partner groups to deliver business insights that are actionable and relevant, while considering a holistic view of the organization and portfolio
- Architect and shape data strategy and customer data backbone for national health systems, GPOs, and specialty pharmacy accounts
- Demonstrate a strategic, agile and customer-centric mindset to achieving business objectives
- Contribute to and lead department and function-wide initiatives
- Contribute insights and perspectives into long-range business plans and other tactical
- May pull through tools, processes and reporting to aid field teams to do their job effectively plans
- May support manager in training and mentoring less experienced individuals

- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field AND
- Eight + years of relevant work experience OR
- Equivalent mix of education and relevant work experience is required
- Healthcare industry (managed care, PBM, SP, pathway companies) knowledge
- Demonstrated track record of leading and influencing cross functional teams and Senior Leaders
- Experience developing and using Excel-based models as well as other modeling platforms
- Experience with analytical tools (e.g., R, SQL, SAS, etc.) and BI / reporting tools (e.g., Qlik)
- Strong strategic thinking and structured, problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and facilitation skills
- Proven track record of developing strong and trusted relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives and goals
- Business travel may be required
