Responsibilities:
- Drives the Analytics strategy within the APAC&MEA region.
- Supports with automations of the exiting reports and provides a simple and intuitive solutions for HR Solutions & HRBP’s colleagues in performing day to day jobs.
- Partner with Workforce management and HR Admins in the region to secure a high quality of the data in the Core Master data system.
- Developing user friendly dashboards according to the business needs.
- Partner closely with COEs to deliver insights and recommendations that impacts the HR strategy.
- Understands data and can draw conclusions and build a data story and communicate findings and results to both HR and non-HR audiences.
- Assess the value of new data sources and help drive the collection of new data.
- Design data models and interpret the results of various data points.
- Have up-to-date knowledge of digital opportunities, solutions and provides input to global team on possibilities to enhance the existing tools.
- Be instrumental in exploring new potential cases and benefits of data analysis techniques.
- Secure the designed solutions are compliant with the existing security model restrictions.
- Drive innovation in technology and solution ideas.
- Supports with ad-hoc reports from the core master data system.
- Working together with the COE’s in identifying and solving business problems, analyzing the data through the HR lenses.
- Makes analysis of the data, and works on models of predictive analysis, that can enable business to take decisions.
- Partner with the other regions and the Global Workforce Analytics in scaling the regional solutions and working on adapting solutions to the local realities.
- Translates the data into insights and makes the data easy to be understood by the business and highlights the key drivers of the evolution of the measured KPI’s.
- A continuous improvement mindset, curious and gets external knowledge on how we can improve the existing models.
- Identifyees possibilities for automations and supports in development of this automations
Requirements:
- Advanced excel skills.
- Relevant technical field such as computer science, statistics, business analysis.
- Preferred experience with algorithms, machine learning.
- Comfort with relational databases.
- Experience with Power Query and PowerBI.
- Experience creating Dashboards.
- Preferred statistical programming environments like R or Python.
- Experience from performing analysis with large datasets.
- Ability to interpret and eloquently deliver the results of your findings, using visualization techniques, building dashboards or storytelling.
