Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide support on the technical proposal, estimated project size, and cost.
• Develop design specifications and functional requirements for projects.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, Qualification and Verification/Validation.
• Supervise the construction/Installation process at the site.
• External discussion duties to the Project Core Team    
• Resource, budget and schedule control and reporting
• Ensure the engineering deliverables are on-time and in alignment with the product team in term of plan and solution    .
• Ensure all project related activities meet EHS, QFS requirement.
• Work with plant team to plan and manage the capital budget to support business strategies for both short term and long term.
• Drive KWS Technical CoE
• Actively support all company initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in engineering as Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent. 
• MBA or Management degree is preferred.
• Working with manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years engineering field of experience with minimum 5 years for project management.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and construction/structure are required. Also, good computer background is a must.
• English communication skill is necessary in both speaking and writing.
• Able to work with government officer and public organization.
