Wind Civil Expert Design

Responsibilities:

Wind Civil Expert Design

·       Soil and geotechnical investigations and other analysis

·       Topographic survey and other surveys regarding the location

·       Determination of foundation design loads 

·       Specific design for each foundation at each location on basis of survey results

·       Documentation, licenses, permits associated with the foundations and necessary in order for the construction of foundations and installation and operations of WTGs

·       Upgrades of transportation route up to site during transport

·       Connection from public roads to the wind farm internal roads

·       Internal wind farm access roads, entrances, turnarounds

·       Crane pads and hard stands 

·       Excavation for each foundation including working space

·       Formwork/shuttering 

·       Reinforcement for concrete 

·       Concrete, including batch testing 

·       Installation, embedding and grouting of cast in situ steel anchor ring and bolts

·       Tensioning and protection of anchor bolts 

·       Earthing of foundation and connection of the tower to the earthing grid

·       Substation Control building 

·       Maintenance of Wind Farm internal roads during installation

·       Landscaping, revegetation and restoration of the area

Requirements:

• Bachelor Engineering Degree
• 5 + years of experience
• Should have knowledge of Steel Towers structure, Bolts, welds, Flanges.
• Good team player and very good interpersonal skills, strong communicator
