Well Testing Engineer

Responsibilities:Work closely with Quality Assurance to obtain regulatory documentation required to maintain drug master files (DMFs)Prepare and submit annual updates and amendments for DMFs to global regulatory agencies in accordance with the regulatory agencies’ guidelines.Engage with and monitor external consultants utilized for submissions.Track regulatory submissions to ensure timely filings in accordance with regional regulatory requirements.Maintain regulatory records, including archiving of regulatory submissions.Work closely with Product Stewards, Quality and project teams to outline regulatory requirements, costs, and timelines for new DMFs required to support new or expanding products.Acquire in-depth knowledge of company current and developing portfolio of products used in the regulated markets mentioned above in order to answer compliance related questions from internal partners,external parties, and add value to existing and new customer engagement discussions.Maintain awareness of global regulatory legislation and its impact on company products and businessProvide appropriate information to promote the safe use of company products throughout their entire life-cycle to:External Stakeholders – including customers, distributors, and industry partnersInternal Stakeholders - including Product Stewards and SMEs, manufacturing, technology, product management, and sales & marketing personnelDevelop/maintain a sound awareness of global trends in pharmaceutical regulations.Prepare responses for customer inquiries.Execute reviews/approvals for new product reg tox and commercialization requests related to applications in regulated markets.Assist with special projects related to Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs, as needed.Learn other areas within the Food, Drug, Device, Cosmetic (FDDC) Regulations to provide support to the FDDC team.Requirements:Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (or higher) required.2 – 5+ years of experience in a regulatory affairs role.

Responsibilities:As a Patent engineer Product & Technology Intelligence your focus will be to ensure the protection of company products and technologies.You will oversee the growth and maintenance of the various RRP, Conventional and other patent portfolios with a specific focus on Manufacturing.Specific Responsibilities Include:Actively define and implement a product and technology protection strategy.Catalyze the generation, identification and capturing of potential inventions, assess and value them, e.g. by scoring process, and recommend the protection mode.Drive the timely preparation and filing of invention disclosures with IP Law to meet relevant development timelines.Provide technical directions for the drafting and prosecution of patent applications to IP Law, ensuring accurate scope of the protection of the Smoke Free Products and other valuable inventions.Seek opportunities for identifying and capturing new inventions to broaden the protection scope.Ensure visibility and productive planning to overcome third party patent obstacles identified by IP Law, including coordinating and driving design-arounds and instructing technical teams on the path forward.Regularly report out monthly highlights and quarterly updates, giving insight into the Protection Coverage of the internal IP Portfolio.Requirements:Master’s degree or PhD in relevant subject: a driven and energetic engineer or scientist in a field that has substantial relevancy for the company Reduced Risk Product portfolio with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the industry.Demonstrable experience in engineering / science fields, Intellectual Property, Technology Management and Manufacturing Design, Creativity and Innovation Management in a multinational environment.It’s considered as a plus to be qualified or partly qualified as national or EP attorney.Ability to work in multi-functional and cross-cultural teams, know to deliver, to build bridges with various partners and know to communicate effectively.Capability to deal with ambiguity, sound judgement and diplomacy when delivering sophisticated and multifaceted messages.Fluency in English both verbal and in written form. Having knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities :Overseeing Accounting Operations: Manage profit & loss statement and balance sheet, including, financial controlling, A/P, General accounting, Tax, and Audit. Publishing Monthly Financial Statements: Ensure timely preparation and dissemination of financial statements each month. Handling Regulatory Reporting: Coordinate all aspects of regulatory reporting with precision. Ensuring Compliance: Working closely with local, regional, and global finance team to comply with technical accounting issues, adhering to standards. Quality Control Over Transactions and Reporting: Oversee and ensure the integrity of financial transactions and reports. Managing Government Reporting and Tax Filings: Stay compliant with local, and government reporting requirements and tax obligations. Developing Business Processes and Policies: Craft and document policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls and partnership with external vendors.  Requirements :Experienced Financial Controller: Your proven track record in financial and accounting involving controllership, audit, taxation, compliance, and corporate finance has equipped you with deep industry insights.  Leadership and Team Management: 5 years of relevant work experience in supervisory, team lead, or management role Financial Statement Expert: Skilled in reviewing and approving accurate key reconciliations journal entries and the bridge between company reporting and statutory reporting. Technical Certification: Licensed CPA, with a degree in accounting is preferred. Tech-Savvy in Accounting Software: You bring excellent skills in using and administering accounting software such as SAP or other related ERP.Internal and External stakeholder management: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.Other skills: Excellent analytical, reporting accuracy, time management, sense of urgency, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in delivering support to the business.Passion and Drive: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change and innovation.

Responsibilities:Oversee programming of an entirely new tax withholding platform/system with assistance of AP&S and SAP application programmers.Oversee programming and implementation for tax reporting of U.S. payroll employees.Assist Executive comp & HRP&P with their tax quires related to U.S. income tax & executive compensation, & review Executive Payroll.Review & approve the U.S. and Global tax reporting filings, monthly, quarterly, & annually.Research regularly the U.S. and global tax code & regulations for any tax updates to enable in the annual SAP programming updates.Assist in reviewing the U.S. calculations related to U.S. Federal Income Tax Withholding, Hypothetical tax, & the Current Federal Income Tax Reimbursement for all U.S. payroll employeesAssist in reviewing the U.S. Federal & State tax balancing for U.S. new hires.Process Electronic Transmission of the U.S. tax data to the Social Security Administration (SSA) for all U.S. payroll tax documents on an annual basis.Provides with tax consultation to employees related to chapter 8, Global payroll, & U.S. tax laws & regulationsResearch and update U.S. tax wage types in the SAP Payroll System.Review and remit funds to U.S. tax authorities.Prepare and remit to U.S. government and employees all required tax reporting forms and electronic files.Assist the our client employee foreign assignments with the review and approval of the tax filings, tax balancing and the tax remittances.Review and implementation of global tax law changes and tax policy updates.Provides tax advisory consultation & support services.Requirements:As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a degree in a relevant field from a recognized and approved program.A certification such as CPA is desirable.You will have a minimum of ten years’ experience in complex, multinational global tax matters (US., EU, UK, APAC, MENA) and big 4 tax compliance and consulting experience is highly desirable.

Role Description:This senior professional will be a focal point in well testing/pressure transient analysis as part of the Well Testing Division in Petroleum Engineering. He or she is expected to provide support and leadership in multi-disciplinary projects for clients from diverse organizations.Responsibilities:Have skills in pressure transient analysis (PTA) in complex well/reservoir/fluid systems– for example, ICD/ICV/Smart Completion/Multilateral/MRC/EOR/Channel/MultiPhase/Tight and Unconventional Gas.Must have excellent skills in building numerical models to study pressure-transient scenarios; for example,fault/fracture networks in heterogeneous systems, thermal effects in injection wells, etc.Competent in processing and interpreting large and real-time data from intelligent fields.Integrate PTA with petrophysical, geological, fluid properties, drilling and completion data, and operational details to build representative reservoir models.Field experiences in design, supervision and execution of exploration well testing operations are essential. Special emphasis is put on testing operations in harsh and difficult environments e.g,deep water, heavy oil, involving H2S/CO2, etc.Work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and must be experienced in conducting studies and delivering technical presentations.Prior experiences in modelling complex wells, completed over multiple, heterogeneous reservoir layers, are essential.Capable of teaching complete, structured courses on well testing.Coach young professionals to prepare them to take over difficult projects in the future. Also guide them as a career advisor.Possess track records of building complex analytical and numerical models from scratch. Skills with deriving and coding mathematical solutions for transient pressures are desirable.Experiences in building advanced transient models by calibrating geological sector models with well-test data are desirable.Be seen as a person of excellence or a subject matter expert in the area of well testing.Adapt and promote new technologies for efficiency and for improving quality of work. However, an MS or a PhD is preferred. Good exposure to production engineering, well logging, well testing operations, simulation, drilling and completions, and field development is essential.At least 12 years of experience in petroleum engineering, including on-the-job experiences in pressure- transient analyses, numerical modelling with complex well and reservoir configurations or leading well testing operations.At least 10 years of experience in building complex PTA models, or reservoir simulation models or leading well testing operations is essential.Practical knowledge of using commercial software packages of well testing, simulation and geological modelling.Field experiences in designing exploration well testing programs, and supervising and supporting operations are valued. Excellent understanding of surface and downhole tools in well testing is essential. Prior experiences of testing in difficult environments (e.g., deep water, heavy oil, high H2S/CO2 contents, etc.) are preferable.Excellent project management skills.Excellent skills in communicating with colleagues, clients and management.
