Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Coordinate end-to-end technician hiring logistics, including assessment day scheduling, candidate communication, medical checks, and offer documentation.
- Execute onboarding activities for new technicians by preparing onboarding packs, coordinating induction schedules, and tracking completion of documentation (EPF, SOCSO, tax forms, uniform issuance).
- Maintain and update TA trackers and dashboards, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and onboarding completion.
- Support salaried recruitment coordination as needed, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and documentation.
Communication & Engagement:
- Execute plant-wide communication and engagement activities, including town halls, floor walks, and recognition programs (certificates, gifts, and communications).
- Support employee engagement survey administration by distributing surveys, tracking participation rates, consolidating feedback, and supporting action-planning sessions.
- Maintain engagement trackers and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including new hire documentation, probation tracking, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, and exit documentation.
- Coordinate employee exit processes, including clearance forms, exit interviews, and final settlement coordination with HR Operations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity, including updates in SuccessFactors.
People Analytics & Reporting:
- Maintain core HR dashboards covering attrition, time-to-fill, onboarding completion, and probation status.
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR review decks for leadership.
- Support ad hoc HR data requests and analysis.
General HR:
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave balances, and HR processes.
- Maintain HR notice boards and plant HR communication materials, ensuring information accessibility and accuracy.
- Support HR audits (ERSA and internal compliance checks) by preparing required documentation and tracking closure of audit findings.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or large-scale frontline environments.
- Strong foundation in HR operations, talent acquisition coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
- Strong data management and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and simplification.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
