Profile: BDM (Business Development manager)

Location: Noida sec 63

Industry Type: IT-Software, Software Services

Experience: 5+ years (Must have experience in Service based companies)

Shift Timings: Should be okay to work in US shift (Night 6 pm to 4 am)

Work Nature: - Work from Office

NP-Immediate to max 15 days.

Job Type- Permanent

Budget- max up to 9 LPA in hand

Sales Target- minimum 10k USD monthly (individual target)

Roles and Responsibilities: -

·        Should be having 5+ years of experience working as Business Development Manager.

·        Understand client needs, identify analysis objectives, and perform data analysis using analytical techniques.

·        Must be having experience of working on Email Leads.

·        Prepare / Review reports based on the results of analysis.

·        Actively present data to client on weekly calls.

·        Should have worked directly with onshore clients.

·        Sales bent of mind to offer solutions to client’s issues.

·        Leads the successful pursuit of business opportunities, resulting in the award of large programs in the marketplace.

·        Oversees the development and implementation of the win strategy beginning with pre-Request for Proposal (RFP) activities

·        Exhibits leadership skills required to direct sales force in leveraging companywide capabilities and expertise.

·        Identify jobs relevant to company technical expertise on online bidding portals.

·        Coordinates the required management reviews of proposal and contract documents in compliance with the approval authority.

·        Reviews proposals for products and service opportunities to determine proposal feasibility.

·        Researches and analyzes to ensure that adequate support is provided in the proposal development process.
