Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Responsibility for revenue growth and the implementation of the profit plan (end-to-end)
  • Defining and implementing strategic initiatives for growth, while staying informed about industry trends and market activities and working closely with the country's sales organizations (CSO).
  • Developing existing customers by building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identifying and promoting new business opportunities in the region, including product development needs
  • Fostering partnerships with a strong focus on customer engagement / meetings / events
  • Close collaboration with the product line and operational teams to achieve sales targets and strategic initiatives.
  • Implementation and management of customer/CSO pricing strategies
  • Adoption and implementation of our client standard processes (e.g., Salesforce and Pipeline CRM tools)


Requirements: 


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree (business or preferably technical) or equivalent qualification expected 
  • Extensive experience in the commercial emergency lighting market or in a similar industry
  • Commercial experience in dealing with major clients, EGH, etc.
  • Good knowledge of the technical solutions and standards for emergency lighting
  • Proven success in customer engagement / customer satisfaction
  • Analytical thinking skills; their actions meet the highest ethical standards.
  • Structured and goal-oriented work method
  • Convincing negotiation skills, coordination skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.
  • They are a team player and at the same time able to plan and implement their own work initiatives.
  • Good presentation skills
