Our Client operates in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Switzerland. It has its branches spread to more than 29 countries, providing employment to more than 2,000 people all over the world. Their core business is to develop and manufacture Vacuum Valves and other products related to it.

Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Generate shipping documents from ERP or customer’s website.
  • Track order/delivery status and inform change on delivery schedule of customer.
  • Monthly Closing
  • Responding to customer questions
  • Preparing documents and reports
  • Other administrative tasks related sales operations


Requirements:


  • 1 - 3 years(or above) of experience in Customer Service or Sales Admin.: Semiconductor industry is preferred.
  • Good English skills in writing and speaking
  • Open mind to cooperate with internal teams.
  • Good communication skill
  • M/S office skill, especially Excel, ERP is preferred
  • Receive order from customer and check details of sales order.
  • Enter sales order and service order in ERP.
  • Request delivery to logistics and customer.
