Facilities Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hard and soft Facilities Management operations across assigned assets.
• Ensure effective delivery of MEP, civil, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, waste management and specialised FM services.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the condition, performance and service quality of the assets.
• Manage relationships with FM service providers, contractors, suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor contractor performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs and contractual requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve FM service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support the implementation of FM best practices and sustainable solutions.
• Monitor utilities consumption and contribute to energy-efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Identify recurring operational issues and implement practical corrective and preventive measures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Facilities Management.
• Exposure to Facilities Management, building operations, property management, maintenance or related environments is advantageous.
• Understanding of hard and soft FM services, maintenance operations and contractor management.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and service providers.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage complaints and operational issues.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and statutory compliance within the built environment.
