Overview:
- The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand generation for product categories including product launches.
- He will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives & collecting actionable feedback.
- The role involves managing field marketing executives through training, performance reviews, & tracking, while ensuring seamless coordination with sales & promotion team.
- The FMM enables & ensures strong category understanding and connect to the market through the category lens while building User Loyalty through end user engagement & training programs
Responsibilities:
End User Engagement:
- Drive user connect programs through effective planning, execution, & PJPs for field marketing executives, ensuring comprehensive user coverage.
- Build strong end user relationships while leading loyalty program implementation & feedback collection.
Market Development Plan & Initiatives:
- Drive Market Development Plans through product demos, trials, & marketing tools to achieve objectives.
- Share key observations and insights on user applications, product used and gaps identified for us to leverage the opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to expand penetration of our products.
Product Module Implementation:
- Help create and drive execution of modules for New Products, Products Under Launch.
- Implement the field marketing plans through executives, in line with guidelines and review the same for improvement.
Insights & Feedback:
- Deliver timely & actionable feedback on initiatives, competitor pricing, promotions, & activities.
- Systematically collect & share feedback from user connect programs to support decision-making.
People Management:
- Facilitate induction, training, & refresher sessions for field marketing executives.
- Review performance against KPIs; provide corrective inputs with Area Sales managers, Category Manager and Business Head.
Ways of working:
- Conduct Field Market reviews as per established processes.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly reports as defined.
- Collaborate with Distributor Sales team to strengthen dealer relationships, enhance visibility, drive range selling.
Requirements:
- 10-12 years in Sales, Field Marketing, Business Development roles.
- Preferred experience in Speciality Chemicals, Adhesive, Construction Chemicals, Building Material.
- Must have experience in leading field executives/teams.
- Candidate should have high levels of maturity to engage with multiple stakeholders and should have entrepreneurial ability to identify Category Opportunities.
