Finance Analyst III – Plant Operations

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly Excel-based operational reports (e.g., PPV, Inventory Adjustments, Spare Parts, Freight, etc.)
• Assist in creating and tracking detailed cost center spending forecasts and budgets
• Analyze operational variances to forecast on a weekly and monthly basis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and conduct periodic compliance testing
• Participate in daily plant operational meetings and Kaizen events
• Understand and analyze key cost streams; identify and drive cost-saving opportunities (TEBIT)
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and variance analysis
• Collaborate with Plant Operations Team on strategic initiatives and business cases
• Work closely with and provide support to the Plant Controller
• Assist with standard cost updates as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel
• Fluent in English
