Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand the derma portfolio and penetrate white spaces in SEA.
Brand Leadership:
- Lead O+O marketing activations for(patients + consumers), with medical at the core.
- Build the medical credibility of the brand in collaboration with the Head of Medical, ensuring alignment with brand DNA.
Collaboration & Influence:
- Build strong relationships with distributor partners and cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
Entrepreneurial Innovation:
- Identify opportunities, solve challenges, and implement creative solutions to position Dermatological Beauty as the market leader.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a dermatological skincare brand preferred
- Expertise in omnichannel go-to-market strategies, with strong retail and e-commerce expertise.
- Proven ability to deliver operational excellence while maintaining a strategic mindset.
- Experience in full-funnel marketing, from awareness to conversion, with a focus on measurable results.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving approach to tackle new challenges.
- Fluency in English.
