Responsibilities:
Workforce Data Management
- Maintain accurate workforce data and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for headcount, attrition, and talent metrics.
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems and processes.
HR Compliance & Audit Readiness
- Monitor adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare documentation and evidence for internal and external audits and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Update and maintain HR risk management processes, addressing both compliance and ethics-related risks.
Policy Creation & Implementation
- Draft, review, and update HR policies aligned with organizational goals, company values, audit findings, and legal standards.
- Communicate policy changes effectively to stakeholders.
Talent Development
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and create development plans, especially in Quality, and Central Operations team.
- Support training initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Track and report progress on talent development programs.
Strategic HR Support
- Provide HRBP support to the Central Operations team, and drive initiatives in talent development, engagement, employee relations, retention, as well as coordination with Talent Acquisition to fulfill manpower requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR as a generalist, with strong exposure to Talent Development, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Data/People Analytics.
- Experience in Manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated ability to drive impactful talent development programs aligned with business goals
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and its practical application in HR processes.
- Proven knowledge of strategic HR business partnering and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Good business acumen, with reliability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
