Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.

Job description

Role Description:


  • We are looking for an energetic, self-driven and focused candidate for cross-regional BD role who would support the journey of business expansion, expand clientele base, and build new opportunities for business.
  • The candidate will have the advantage of working on different product range i.e. Rx (both innovator drugs and generics), OTC, medical diagnostics and devices hence exposure to diversified portfolio across multiple therapy areas.
  • The USP lies in flexibility of partnership models under different therapeutic categories, and believes in working on win-win model. Hence, the candidate will shall benefit by handling multiple business models, and ample areas of opportunities to contribute.
  • The candidate can also be involved in some of the strategic projects of the organization with time and once established into day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Building business proposals, market evaluation, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, go-to market plan, P&L assessment and new product launches
  • Role will work on both side of BD&L : Inward licencing and also out licencing deals.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research for purposes of new business expansion areas, new products, internal-external portfolio assessment.
  • Support end-to-end development and delivery of new business pitches and presentations.
  • Close collaboration and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assessing timelines, logistics, schedules, cost and other estimations associated with a project.


Requirements:


  • B.Pharma / B.Tech with MBA with 6+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales and business development from Pharma/Medical services (age group mid to late 30s)
  • Proven track record of generating new business leads, work on new business leads, project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software / Power point presentation and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Therapeutic & Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills
