Indirect Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

• Indirect Procurement for the spare parts (source of supply, supply L/T, supply capacity, price & saving reviewed, PR unblocking and part status tracking)
• Indirect Procurement for the assigned commodities/projects (Strategic & Cost reduction initiatives)
• Manage price request for approval and maintain pricing of the assigned commodities in SAP
• Support new supplier register processes but minimized unnecessary suppliers registered in system.
• Business Process report preparation, executive summary and presentation report 
• Perform work efficiently and effectively in supporting other functional departments.

Requirements:

• 0 -3 years of experience in purchasing / procurement area.
• Experience in Automotive Industry is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP preferable.
• Assertive and self-motivated to meet assigned objectives or goals.
• Good in English both written and spoken.
• High level of professional integrity and ethics.
• Very good knowledge and competent (at functional and modeling level) 
• High competent in using MS Office suite of application.
• Good problem solving and cost analysis skills.
