Role Description:
- We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing & Experience Manager to drive brand visibility, storytelling, and guest engagement for the conservancy.
- This is a unique, purpose-driven role that combines:
- Marketing strategy & execution
- Event and experience creation
- Content and brand storytelling
- You will play a key role in bringing the conservancy’s story to life across all touchpoints—both digital and on-ground.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Brand Management
- Execute integrated marketing plans to drive awareness and engagement
- Create compelling marketing materials (brochures, campaigns, presentations)
- Plan and deliver events, activations, and promotional initiatives
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on insights
- Manage marketing budgets and reporting
2. Guest Experience & On-Ground Engagement
- Design and enhance the visitor journey and overall guest experience
- Develop new experience concepts within the conservancy
- Ensure consistent storytelling through signage, staff interactions, and content
- Support and train teams on brand messaging and guest engagement
3. Media, Digital & Content
- Manage website updates, newsletters, and content calendars
- Drive social media presence and digital campaigns
- Create engaging written, visual, and video content
- Monitor performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions)
- Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent across channels
4. Events & Partnerships
- Plan and execute key events, exhibitions, and fundraising initiatives
- Coordinate with partners, agencies, and stakeholders
- Support partnership communications and joint initiatives
- Manage PR and social media agencies effectively
5. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, education, finance)
- Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors
- Act as a central point connecting marketing with on-ground teams
Requirements:
Experience
- 5+ years in marketing, brand, events, or agency roles
- Background in FMCG, experiential marketing, hospitality, or NGOs preferred
