Member of Technical Staff (MTS) – Process Development, Wet, NAND

Responsibilities:

• Lead project level initiatives focused on development of wet processes.  
• Carry out complex experiments and support process integration under guidance of senior staff members.  
• Facilitate technology transfer and assist in ramp up; maintain accurate records and prepare technical reports.  
• Mentor early career staff; participate in multi functional problem solving; drive continuous improvement and optimization.  
• Contribute to documentation of guidelines/SOPs and knowledge management; stay current on emerging technologies and wet processing advancements.  

Requirements:

• PhD ≥8 yrs, or Master’s ≥11 yrs, or Bachelor’s ≥13 yrs of relevant experience in 
• Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field,  
• Deep understanding of vapor etch, wet strip, dry strip, selective chemical etching; experience fixing process issues and supporting transfer R&D → manufacturing.
