Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Take full ownership for sales growth and profit plan execution.
  • Define and drive business development strategies and growth initiatives, staying informed on market trends, competitor landscape, and industry activity.
  • Develop existing customers (stockists and Systems Integrators), promoting the full Fire portfolio and engaging key decision‑makers.
  • Target larger project scopes (Tier 1 / Tier 2), with a focus on Digital, Connected, and Cybersecurity-enabled fire applications.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities across systems and devices.
  • Facilitate and strengthen Systems Integrator partnerships, driving customer engagement, meetings, and events.
  • Collaborate with product line, operations, and country sales teams to achieve commercial targets.
  • Implement and manage customer and CSO pricing strategies.
  • Embrace standard processes and tools, including Salesforce and CRM pipeline management.
  • Travel across the assigned region and to the UK Headquarters as required (minimum once per quarter).


Requirements:


  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
  • 10+ years’ commercial experience in the Fire Alarm market or a comparable Life Safety industry
  • Proven commercial experience managing large customers, especially Fire Distributors and Systems Integrators
  • Strong working knowledge of fire detection systems, technologies, and relevant standards
  • Fluency in Turkish and English essential
