Job description

About the Role:


  • We are looking for a seasoned Product Line Sales Manager to drive profitable growth of our Life Safety portfolio across the Benelux and Nordic regions.
  • This is a strategic commercial leadership role where you will work cross-functionally with country sales teams, product leaders, and operational stakeholders to accelerate market penetration and business growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Own and deliver sales growth and profitability targets for Life Safety product lines
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market and business growth strategies
  • Enable country sales teams to expand customer base and increase portfolio penetration
  • Drive opportunities in Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting solutions
  • Identify and build new business pipelines and strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned execution across regions
  • Support pricing strategies and commercial excellence initiatives
  • Promote use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and data-driven decisions
  • Lead engagement through sales reviews, events, and partner collaborations
  • Travel within the region (approx. quarterly or as required)


Requirements:


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Life Safety or related industry
  • Strong exposure to matrix organizations and cross-country operations
  • Experience working with distributors, system integrators, and large accounts Key Skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority
  • Deep understanding of Life Safety solutions and market dynamics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to drive performance through teams
