Regional Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• As a Regional Account Manager supporting Utilities, a typical day may include: Selling Wildlife & Asset 
• protection covering LV, MV, and HV applications. 
• Managing sales to Investor-Owned Utilities (IOU) and Public Power 
• utilities through our distributor partners. Developing relationships with Engineering, Procurement, and key 
• decision-makers and applying consultative selling methodology. 
• Identify and understand current and future 
• customers’ needs and opportunities to introduce and sell products, services and solutions. 
• Proactively address 
• customer issues, including Quality issues, until appropriate closure. Collaborate and coordinate with internal 
• departments to ensure that financial matters, including cash flow payments, credit concessions and account 
• receivables on current opportunities and projects, are managed and closed appropriately. 
• Key measurables: 
• Revenue Growth, Market Share Gain, and Obtaining & Maintaining Preferred Supplier Status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering disciplines or related; 
• those without a degree, but who have equivelant experience will also be considered 
• Utilities sales experience, preferred 
• Knowledge of Wildlife & Asset protection covering LV, MV, and HV applications Ability to work with 
• deadlines and challenging targets 
• Flexibility in working days and traveling (field-based sales role) Excellent written and verbal 
• communication skills
