Responsibilities:
Sales Execution:
- Execute sales plans and achieve individual volume and margin targets as assigned
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within assigned territory or product portfolio
- Maintain and grow sales volumes from existing customer accounts through regular engagement and relationship building
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and contracts in accordance with company pricing and approval guidelines
- Monitor customer orders and coordinate with supply and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data in the company's sales management system
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests for information
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to identify additional needs and opportunities
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to share with the Sales Manager
- Support debt collection activities by maintaining communication with customers on payment terms and following up on overdue accounts
Market Intelligence and Reporting:
- Gather and report market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs Provide regular sales reports including achievements against targets, pipeline updates, and customer feedback
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and identify business opportunities
- Monitor stock levels and product availability in assigned territory
Compliance and Administrative Duties:
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices related to sales operations
- Follow credit management and sales approval processes as outlined in company procedures
- Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all sales activities
- Complete required sales training and professional development programs
Requirements:
Education and Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the Oil Industry or related B2B sector
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of credit management and commercial terms
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
