Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Systematic expansion of market share and revenue, as well as the acquisition of new customers for the entire shopping basket.
  • Managing existing customers in your sales territory with the goal of securing and expanding the business and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Systematic acquisition of new customers with a focus on customers and projects in the commercial and institutional building & utility sector.
  • Offer follow-up and support in the preparation and implementation of projects with our partner companies and key customers
  • Conducting market, trend and customer analysis as well as ongoing market monitoring.
  • You will regularly and independently maintain and document relevant customer and project data in the respective CRM systems.
  • Sales and profit responsibility for customers in your sales territory 
  • Contract negotiations and discussions on terms and conditions, or the corresponding preparation, taking into account internal process and company guidelines.


Requirements:


  • Completed electrical engineering training (e.g., apprenticeship, studies in electrical engineering, electrical engineering technician or master craftsman)
  • Professional experience in sales (selling products requiring explanation)
  • Experience in the conception and delivery of customer-oriented presentations and training sessions
  • Acting responsibly and independently
  • Business administration fundamentals
  • Native-level German skills are required; written and spoken English skills are an advantage.
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel on business
  • Experience or market knowledge, e.g., regarding SF6-free medium-voltage switchgear and low-voltage switchgear construction, is advantageous
