Senior Analyst, Temenos Triple A+, Wealthsuite (Private Bank & Trade)

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end system analysis activities, translating business requirements into high-quality functional solutions while ensuring delivery milestones are achieved.
• Act as the key functional expert, bridging business and technology teams to resolve complex functional and technical challenges.
• Drive functional solutioning and ensure requirements are clearly understood across Development, QA, and business teams.
• Partner with testing teams to validate solutions and ensure delivered functionality aligns with approved Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
• Collaborate with platform vendors and project stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure seamless delivery and successful outcomes.
• Contribute to application solution design, review implementation approaches, and guide teams on best practices.
• Support project governance activities including resource coordination, documentation management, and delivery reporting.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Temenos WealthSuite solutions, including EdgeConnect, TCIB, Triple A+ WUI, and OData, with the ability to support and deliver complex business requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in Private Banking and Wealth Management technology initiatives, including participation in at least one full lifecycle implementation from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.
• Proven capability in business requirements analysis, solution design, application configuration, and technical review, ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of effectively collaborating with business users, technology teams, project stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), quality assurance and testing practices, and Agile delivery methodologies, with experience operating within fast-paced delivery environments.
