Responsibilities:
Talent Management Operations:
- Support HRBP, hiring managers and employees to set clear probation goals, ensuring these are uploaded on the system, and that probation reviews are conducted in time.
- Work with the VP-Human Capital and company Leadership team to ensure goal setting is conducted on time, with SMART goals, which support the achievement of company annual strategic objectives.
- Create suitable training materials and internal communications to educate and remind employees of the importance of the performance management cycle and how to effectively navigate Tahweel.
- Support HRBPs in the administration and reporting of performance improvement plans to ensure underperformance is effectively managed.
- Support the VP- Human Capital in the co-ordination and delivery of all performance rating calibration sessions and Talent Reviews, taking ownership for maintaining master documents and final outputs.
- Support the VP-Human Capital to ensure Succession Plans workshops and outputs are completed on time, and in the nominations for high potential development programmes and initiatives.
- Support in the creation of guidelines and templates for individual development plans and ensure these are saved centrally with bi-annual reviews to assess progress against plans for all key talents.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve Talent Management to enhance the employee experience and business outputs.
Talent Management Metrics & Reporting:
- Assist in the identification of key metrics which will be used to measure how successfully company implements Talent Management activities.
- Contribute to data preparation, dashboards, and reports in support of strategic decision-making, as it related to Talent Management activities.
- Own all status reporting to ensure stakeholders are kept informed of approach and completion rates for all annual, cyclical activities.
Compliance & Data Support:
- Ensure that all Talent Management activities are compliant with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Work with the VP-Human capital to ensure all Talent Management activities are in line with the DOE and ensure any internal audit recommendations and implemented timely.
- Act as a Tahwheel super user, educating and upskilling HRBP, stakeholders and employees on the functionality of the system.
- Coordinate with IT for improvements in Tahwheel and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Additional qualifications: CIPD/SHRM will be an advantage Minimum experience
- Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience Skillset (job specific technical & system skills if applicable)
- Detailed Understanding of the UAE Labour Law.
- Understanding of or exposure to the media/entertainment industry will be an added advantage.
