Senior Software Engineer 1

Responsibilities: 

• Architect, design, build, and maintain high-impact software systems that align with business objectives and uphold technical excellence.
• Own end-to-end delivery of outcomes, ensuring solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements; proactively adapt strategy and execution when results diverge from goals.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional partners across global teams to drive a cohesive and scalable technical strategy.
• Establish and champion engineering best practices, operational efficiencies, and technical standards to elevate the overall quality and effectiveness of the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and support engineers through thoughtful design discussions, rigorous code reviews, and targeted coaching to promote continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 
• Experience: 6+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record of technical leadership. 
• Tech Stack Mastery: Exceptional skills in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and RESTful services. 
• Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with public cloud services, preferably AWS. 
• Communication: Exceptional ability to collaborate across functional lines and with global, cross-geo teams.
