Senior Supervisor - Community Management

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day community operations, including regular site inspections and monitoring overall community conditions and service quality.
• Manage residents/owners and resolve complaints, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Supervise contractors and third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts, SLAs and required quality standards.
• Support service-charge collection, budgeting, NOLs, documentation, reporting and continuous community improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• UAEN / UAE National with a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in community management, property management, facilities management or a related field.
• Experience in residential communities, master communities or mixed-use developments, preferably within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder-management skills, with experience dealing with residents, owners, tenants, contractors and service providers.
• Good understanding of community operations and technical maintenance, including site inspections, SLA monitoring, service providers, documentation, basic budgeting/Excel and reporting.
