Sr. Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategy for assigned supplier portfolio (metals commodity – AMAS region)
• Perform cost breakdown and spend analysis, including total cost of ownership
• Deliver annual cost savings and drive supplier performance and compliance
• Manage sourcing projects, negotiations, and key initiatives
• Develop and own category strategy
• Identify, audit, approve, and onboard suppliers
• Support cost improvement workshops and drive cost optimization initiatives
• Manage NDA execution, PPAP requests, and SAP Info Record updates
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement/supply chain (preferably metals commodity)
• Strong experience in supplier management and negotiations
• Advanced MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is desirable
• Knowledge of PPAP processes
• Strong analytical and results-driven mindset
