Their core business is designing, manufacturing and marketing of products for end-to-end transmissions.
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Secure sales volume to meet or exceed the sales budget in the data centre vertical.
- Spec-in company solution through active engagement with a consultant, EPC’s & SI’s.
- Provide quote and application solutions to potential customers with timely and high-quality service.
- Manage and improve sales funnel/CRM with a good win ratio. Develop monthly sales forecasts.
- Initiate a weekly plan for specified verticals or territories.
- Educate and engage customers with new products/solutions/programs.
- Effectively manage existing and new accounts to consistently improve market share in India.
Requirements:
- Education – Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science Engineering with a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in related technical sales.
- Markets – Should have experience in building Data Centres in new makets.
- Familiar with structure cable and connectivity products.
- Customers Define our Success – Results-oriented with a process mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong ownership.
- Willing to dedicate extra time and travel to meet objectives.
