Staff Water Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead UPW/WWT system design for construction projects across the region
• Drive alignment of O&M practices across all sites
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve reliability and reduce variation
• Review and optimize PM and predictive maintenance programs
• Provide technical leadership during system failures or major incidents
• Conduct hydraulic and hydrologic analyses using engineering software.
• Review and approve technical deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 10–12+ years of UPW/WWT engineering experience
• Must Have Technical Skills
• Deep expertise in UPW/WWT system design and operations
• Strong capability in SPC, reliability engineering, and process optimization
• Experience in large-scale facility systems and construction integration
• Performance benchmarking and data-driven decision making
