Job description
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain activities across planning, customer service and logistics
- Drive S&OP, demand planning, forecast quality and inventory management processes
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to support business priorities and growth
- Manage relationships with logistics providers, warehouses, distributors and key external partners
- Monitor service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory health, cost and operational performance
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost to serve and customer experience
- Lead continuous improvement and supply chain transformation initiatives
Requirements:
- Approximately 10+ years of Supply Chain experience, including leadership across Planning, Customer Service or Logistics
- Proven background within FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods or a closely related industry
- Strong hands-on experience in S&OP, demand planning, inventory management and domestic logistics
- Experience influencing senior commercial stakeholders in a matrix environment
- People management or functional leadership experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent Mandarin and English required
