Supply Chain Specialist (6 Months Contract )

These beloved products include condiments and sauces, cheese and dairy, meals, meats, refreshment beverages, coffee, infant and nutrition products, and numerous other grocery products in a portfolio of more than 200 legacy and emerging brands.

Responsibilities:

Logistics Management

• Act as point of contact with freight forwarders for logistics execution
• Point of contact for responsible suppliers to ensure deliveries on time for customers 
• Weekly monitoring of the shipments and updating arrivals in BI. 
• Dispatch planning considering product availability from suppliers and shipping schedules shared by freight forwarders.

Performance Management

• Measuring all KPIs for internal teams to help running sessions to develop action plan for continuous improvement.
• Managing performance reviews for logistics partners (monthly & quarterly)
• Running supply reviews and performance for product suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree minimum, Master’s Degree an advantage
• 2-3 years’ minimum of Supply chain planning
• Analytical & Demand Planning 
• Excellent communication & presentation skills 
• Proven track record of success 
• Good in English proficiency 
• Energetic, creative, self-motivated, team motivated, result oriented and sense of ownership.
