Role : Talent Aquisition. HR Operations

Description : 

i) To provide operational support to recruiting function of the organization
ii)Major tasks include offers and requisitions processing in defined application in system

iii)Ensuring requisite compliances are in place for all line of services

 

Manage Onboarding Process

Good Hands-on experience in Excel

Experience about MS Office, Work in any HC Tool

Must have - operational work as an onboarding process, must have work on making offer letters, ATS , POs , checking documentation,  excellent in advance excel , good communication skills. 

 

 

Excellent communication skills and MS Office knowledge.

 

Education details : Candidates can be graduate/postgraduate preferably (BA,BBA,MCOM,MA,BCOM) but they should be interested to make careers in HR field with good communication skills which is a mandatory requirement.
