Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process end to end
- Keep an overview of our recruitment needs via regular meetings with our Hiring Managers
- Verify job descriptions with the hiring manager and design interview questions that reflect the positions requirements and attract talents to the company
- Determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the organizations-culture and strategy
- Sourcing of potential candidates through different sourcing channels
- Screening of potential candidates and planning interviews and assessments
- Run regular updates to hiring managers
- Engaging with Senior Stakeholders
- Organize and lead feedback sessions and coordinate the hiring decision
- Propose employment offers in line with the company guidelines
- Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Designed and implemented innovative TA strategies for effective candidate sourcing
- Developed strategic staffing plans aligned with business priorities
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 year’s experience in recruiting for manufacturing or niche hiring along with commercial hiring.
- Must have experience in recruitment metrics and analytics
- Able to perform as an individual contributor and be hands-on
- Well versed in social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Experience with headhunting for mid-level positions
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills. Has the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

- Should have a recognized Masters / Bachelors degree
- Proficient MS Excel
