Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication.
• Maintain recruitment data and track hiring metrics.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience and employer branding.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
