Job description

Responsibilities:


  • The opportunity is to drive sales, increase market share, and demonstrate true ROI on merchants' investments.
  • We seek high-performing individuals who bring positivity, solutions, and alignment with our cross-collaborative culture.
  • In this role, you will use data-driven insights and a consultative sales approach to create compelling pitches that drive results.
  • Your passion for selling impactful solutions will help improve customers' bottom lines.
  • You'll focus on developing relationships with new customers, leveraging leads from enterprise and mid-market teams, and collaborating with the Product team to onboard them to our advanced offers platform.
  • We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of launching and growing ad platforms for merchant customers.
  • Leverage your experience and connections in sales to exceed revenue targets.
  • Prospecting to your book of business, pitching for successful close
  • Work well cross-functionally with AdOps, Sales, Marketing and other important teams
  • Generate a pipeline across key brand verticals including Retail, Home and Garden, Beauty, Travel, Electronics, Groceries and Dining
  • Build effective and long-lasting relationships with brand-side stakeholders at Director+/VP levels, becoming a trusted advisor.


Requirements:


  • Digital advertising sales, or payments sales with 6+ years of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Card-linked offer Sales/Management preferred 
  • Breaking and growing business by developing long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Leveraging CRM tools to create and manage a pipeline that is consistently updated and accurate.
  • Data-driven selling, and you’re comfortable with business and media performance metrics.
  • Influencing decisions up and across an organization through excellent listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
