Accounts Lead

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Standalone & Consolidated Quarterly & Annual Accounts and gets the same audited by Statutory Auditors within targeted date.
• Preparation of Cost Audit, Tax Audit & Transfer pricing and gets the same audited by Statutory Auditors within targeted date.
• Preparation of Monthly P & L, and B/S, Cash Flow Statements and other reports required for MIS.
• Ensure reduction in DOH of inventories. Ensure disposal of non-moving inventory with Production team.
• Tracking of competitor financials statements on periodic basis.
• Ensure System control for Vendor & Customer master.
• Ensure timely and in-depth analysis of financial reports along with logical reasons for variances vs budget to help management to take appropriate actions.
• Submission of documents to close income tax assessment queries.
• Ensures proper creation of new fixed asset & accounting of the same.
• Prepare manufacturing, Admin & Sales expenses vs budget and submit variance report on periodic basis.
• Coordinates with various departments for preparing Budget – Employee Cost, Sales & Admin Expenses, Repairs & Depreciation Cost.
• Circulating Receivable report on a fortnightly basis.
• Handling payrolls, Income & expenses
• Any other related task given by the reporting manager from time to time based on business requirement.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in UAE is must.
• Must have good knowledge of UAE banking rules and regulations.
• Must have Valid UAE visa.
• Candidates from Ajman and nearby emirates – Sharjah, Ras- Al- Khaimah will be preferred.
