Responsibilities:
You are expected to be able to perform the following:
- Act as a central point of contact for asset teams, facilitating communication and information sharing between GME and assigned assets.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned asset teams across the downstream portfolio.
- Monitor and manage or coordinate information requests, audits and site visits between GME and the assets.
- Collect, track and provide assurance asset data and performance metrics and collaborate with relevant teams (e.g., Maintenance) to proactively identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancement
- Identify and manage potential risks associated with assigned assets performance.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate GME programs/initiatives/strategies to assigned asset teams and senior leadership.
- Develop, maintain, and present comprehensive asset performance reports and presentations to GME leadership and direct management, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and recommendations
- Support GME in identifying and implementing best practices across Company's downstream portfolio.
- Stay abreast of global and regional Oil & Gas industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact assigned assets’ businesses.
- Evaluate Investment opportunities, Optimize asset performance , manage budgets and insure financial objective are aligned with overall business goals.
Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- You will have a minimum of ten years of asset management, portfolio management, or a related role within the downstream oil & gas industry.
- You have experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
- You will be able to demonstrate strong understanding of downstream oil & gas operations, including refining and petrochemicals
- You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- You have experience working with data analysis tools and performance metrics, as well as presentation and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
- You have experience with Oil & Gas benchmarking and performance management frameworks, such as Solomon or RAM.
