The company manufactures pharmaceutical products, over-the-counter drugs, and nutraceuticals. They operate two business verticals, Regulated Markets and Emerging Markets. Their manufacturing footprint covers 8 manufacturing facilities in 4 continents, including 5 US FDA approved facilities and a dedicated R&D facility in India with global filing capabilities.

The company partners with generic companies in US and Canada, to supply retail and hospital generics in injectable products and soft gels. In European markets, it has long-term relationships for the development of projects and supply agreements. In Australia and New Zealand, the company is engaged in manufacturing and supply of soft gels and value-added manufacturing.


Job description

Responsibilities:


Contracts and Pricing Operations:


  • You will manage customer pricing for both direct & indirect customers within the icontracts application, ensuring accurate and timely pricing updates. 
  • Support the Contracts & Pricing dept. in annual bid submissions.
  • Work closely with the Contracting, Chargeback, and Customer Service teams to ensure customers & contracts are set up promptly with correct pricing.
  • You will work with the appropriate sale teams, supply chain and other related teams to ensure quality, consistency and to help businesses determine and set competitive pricing analysis.
  • Will daily update and manage Sign Desk, Sales Force, icontracts with current business workflow.
  • Create periodical customer notices (discontinuations/WAC changes/increases) and pricing analysis and distribute it to Sales team.
  • Manage, trend, and publish, as needed, pricing reports for internal stakeholders on ad hoc request.


Requirements:


  • Bachelors is must
  • Experience with icontracts and/or Sales Force. 
  • Proficiency in excel.
