Responsibilities

  • Define the vision and provide product management capabilities to build SaaS based platforms.

  • Track market trends and competitive landscape and evaluate new product opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to discover pain points, effective solutions, and collaboratively work together to deliver those solutions to market.

  • Contribute to the cross functional product teams a deep knowledge of our users and customers along with data on how our customers engage with our products.

  • Work with customers across various points in the product development lifecycle and champion for their needs.

  • Developing efficient customer communication and feedback channels.

  • Training clients on new product features and providing support to customers.

  • Work in close conjunction with cross functional stakeholders including sales and marketing teams to roll out features, key product activities and track the business impact of the features.


Requirements

  • Min 1 year of relevant experience in areas of product management, program management, and/or engineering management functions to develop complex software products and services.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Demonstrated product management capability and experiences in the following such as and not limited to carrying out customer segmentation, capture customer requirements, analyze strategic options, build a business case, define product roadmap, build products, and drive adoption.

  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations, and drive actions.

  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, business management, marketing, or a related field.

  • Brownie points for previous experience in the recruitment industry.
