Roles and responsibilities

·       Conducting third party certification audits of Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO standards and other certification schemes in the health and social care sector.

·       Plan, prepare and conduct audits in accordance with internal accreditation requirements and procedures.

·       Coordinate the audit schedule and plan with the client and, if necessary, with the rest of the audit team.

·       Follow-up, review and approval of corrective action plans of audited clients.

·       Clarification and response to the aspects identified during the decision making process of the corresponding audit files.

·       Supervision and monitoring of compliance with the audit and certification process deadlines, according to the requirements set in internal procedures.

·       Attendance at the annual auditors' experience exchange days, as well as specific training required for the maintenance of qualifications.

·       Conducting technical reviews of audit files and making certification certification decision.

·       Technical support to the commercial team in the standards and certification schemes of the health and social care sector for business development.

·       Technical support to the Technical Management in the maintenance of local accreditations.

Job requirements

·       Knowledge of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

·       Recognized training in Management System Audits

·       Specialized university degree with a degree in medicine, physiotherapy or nursing...

·       Training and/or qualification in Environment and Occupational Health and Safety

·       At least 4 years of full-time work experience in the health and social care sector (at least two of them in Quality, Environmental and/or Occupational Health and Safety functions).

·       Being already qualified as a third party auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards by an Accredited Certification Body will be highly valued.

·       Good written English language skills are required.

·       Confidence in the use of remote ICT technologies (Skype, MS Teams, etc.) for remote audits.

·       Availability to travel throughout Spain.

·       Driving license and own car.
