Role Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2B Regional Program Manager and Product Owner to join our multinational consumer goods company.
- This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud, along with strong program/project management and product ownership skills.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating regional B2B programs, overseeing the development and implementation of new products and features, and ensuring the successful adoption of Salesforce solutions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Regional Program Management:
- Develop and execute regional B2B programs to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, IT, and operations, to define program objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate program activities, monitor progress, and proactively address any issues or risks.
- Ensure programs are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular program reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
Product Ownership:
- Serve as the product owner for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud implementations.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, including business users, customers, and market trends.
- Collaborate with development teams to define product roadmaps, release plans, and feature prioritization.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Salesforce Expertise:
- Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, enhancements, and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to regional teams on Salesforce platform usage and optimization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system integrations and data flows are well-maintained and functioning smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any Salesforce-related issues or challenges.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, product ownership, or a similar role in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to function in a large and complex organisation that is under-going an IT transformation.
- Extensive experience in vendor-partner offshoring model collaboration.
- Proven ability to interact with various stakeholders and communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing), including ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
