Job description

We are offering an exciting and interesting position, with professional development- B2C team lead in a Global company.

 

Main Accountabilities


  • Full responsibility for all B2C solutions of the Israeli market, including Salesforce, E-commerce, Landing sites, integration tools
  • An active and proactive business partner for the marketing and digital department.
  • Promoting activities that support the growth of our business and for the benefit of our consumers.
  • Management of implementation and development projects following business requirements as well as providing ongoing support to users and system maintenance.
  • Implementation of the client's data security standard, as well as GDPR compliance for the security of personal data
  • Management of annual work plans, annual budgets, and project budgets
  • Implementation of global and regional work plans.
  • An active staff member in regional and global projects and activities.
  • The constant search for solutions that exist globally and adapt them to the Israeli market.
  • Streamlining processes and introducing innovation into the field.
  • Management of a team of project managers (company employees and subcontractors).

 

 

Requirements

 

1) 5+ years of experience in leading the field / team responsible for B2C solutions / CRM / Marketing / Digital

2) Extensive experience in Salesforce, which includes implementation/development, architecture, data structure, development environments, and good familiarity with the platform's product range.

3) Good familiarity and proven experience in system version management (Release management) and DevOps.

4) Good familiarity with IT frameworks such as Agile (Scrum), and ITIL.

5) Extensive experience in integration with priority to Workato / Mulesoft.

6) Good familiarity with global companies

7) High level of English

8) Advantage for: Salesforce.com certifications, Knowledge, and experience in Marketing Cloud
