Responsibilities:

Responsible to Handling Brand P&L
Responsible to Ensuring Product / Category wise GP
Plan, Design and execute marketing campaigns
New product ideation and Interacting with product development
Plan, design and execute BTL activities to maximize visibility and off-take
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”

Requirements:

Should be able to translate design into Advertisements / Collaterals
Specific focus on Health Mix category
Work with creative & PR agency
Deep understanding of Consumer & Competition understanding
Experience in Brand Management
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
