Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Develop, adapt, and refine strategic direction for the category & brand, grounded in consumer and customer insights.
  • Drive product planning, activation, advertising, and promotion for deployment of Brand Marketing Plan.
  • Drive the development of annual plans, focused on 1 to 3-year growth plans by identifying whitespace opportunity while demonstrating leadership of brand centric cross functional teams.
  • Set out Selling Story for new product & campaign based on insight.
  • Responsible for managing overall category & brand budget and accountable for delivery of annual P&L.
  • Monthly tracking on Key brand Metrics Lead in on-going analysis and review of consumer, category, channel/customer and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and identify growth opportunity.
  • Actively recommend solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.
  • Responsible for launch management, building launch plans, customer sell-in and and potential legal & regulatory issues
  • Responsible for assigned new product launch assessment and deployment in local market.
  • Responsible for existing business compliance and continuation in the scope of product marketing & brand building 
  • Manage (influence, drive, monitor) & Builds productive and collaborative working relationship Marketing, Sales, Food Service, R&D, S&OP, Finance and others to manage brand’s day to day operations, and external partners and agencies.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum, master’s degree would be a plus.
  • 5 or more years of experience in brand/product management/marketing (FMCG) or start up, experience in Distributor Model will be a plus.
